Experience I have over 15 years Real Estate sales experience including: working with single family, rental property, land and lot sales, living estates, senior homeowners, bank owned properties, short-sales and foreclosures. Ann would love to help you find your dream home, whether you are a first time home buyer, a move up buyer or downsizing! Ann has been on the Mary Richards Team for 2 years, starting as an assistant working with the contracts and systems while learning the business inside and out. In August of 2006 she transitioned into a Buyers Specialist.
Ann brings to the team lots of practical experience, having moved cross country several times with a family. She understands the hassles, joys and all the emotions that come with moving children from preschool age to leaving 2 children in college in Fresno, CA while relocating an 8th grader and sophomore when she moved here to Kansas City.
Ann has been married to her husband Gary for 28 years. They have 4 children: Jason, living in San Diego, CA; Marissa and husband Jarod in Fresno, CA; David in Phoenix, AZ; and Alison here in Kansas City. Ann and Gary also have a Lab puppy, Ole, 2 cats Fiesty and Roxy.

Barbara was born in Independence and raised in Missouri. She brings to the team experience in having moved 8 times in the past four years, including relocations from Pennsylvania to North Carolina and then home to Missouri. She truly understands the trials, triumphs and all the challenges that come with moving locally as well as long distance. Having moved so many times, she understands the importance of having someone who can help you navigate your new surroundings, provide assistance in contacting local agencies and utility companies as well as any other needs you may have
Barbara has been married to her husband Reid for 2 years. Barbara has two adult sons living in Pennsylvania: Chris and his wife Jess are expecting their first child in October and live in Birdsboro, PA; Ryan is engaged to be married in December and lives in Shillington, PA. She also has 2 step-children: Morgan and Cameron who live in Ramsey, NJ. Barbara and Reid also have a Yellow Lab, Lacey.
